Student Council: Meet Linh H. '24
Linh H. is the president of the Junior Class. She has led her class each year as class president. Linh says the main purpose of Student Council is to create as many meaningful and fun activities as possible for the student body to make their high school experience more memorable.
"We try to get together as a family and connect students and teachers around the school through different events," she says.
A native of Vietnam, Linh came to the United States to study because she wanted to try a different educational system.
Scared to attend school after a year of remote learning, Linh says she found a supportive, kind community at SCA with both teachers and students.
"In Student Council, we build up ideas for each other. For instance, we plan on having Spirit Week, in which we dress in theme every three or four months and encourage everyone in the school to join us. We have a really good time through those activities. They have established a friendly and positive school environment at SCA."
