School Nurse

St. Catharine Academy has a full-time registered Nurse available to the students at all times during the school day.  Students may visit the Health Office for minor health problems and first aid, in addition to health counseling for major and chronic problems and issues. Student’s physician should screen annually for height, weight, scoliosis and hearing test. We aim to provide each student with the best assessment and care possible, and the information you provide here will be of great help to us in meeting individual needs.  We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the questions and provide us with the information we need. We thank you for your time and interest in helping us to know your daughter better, and look forward to any questions or comments you may have in the future.
