Transcripts and/or Immunization Records 
for Alumnae of St Catharine Academy, Our Lady of Victory Academy 
or Catherine McAuley High School

 

SCA only releases transcripts through this website. 

 

SCA only has immunization records for the Classes of 2013 through 2023. 

1. There is a processing service charge of $10.00 per record copy for either mail or student pick-up. This fee can be paid by credit card, cash, or Money order only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Please fill out the form carefully.  THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 

 2. Requests will be honored as quickly as possible in the order they are received (generally within 10-14 business days); however, during busy periods such as March registration, June through September, there will be some delay. Therefore, transcripts should be requested well in advance. THERE IS NO SAME-DAY SERVICE. Transcripts cannot be emailed.

3. No records will be released if you have an outstanding financial obligation to your high school.

Official: transcripts are sent directly to a college, Gov. Agency, or Employer. Official transcripts sent directly to a student will be in a sealed envelope with the school's stamp across the back. Please write the full address of the college, Gov. Agency or Employer.  (If the envelope is opened by the student, the transcript will become unofficial and/or invalid and therefore unacceptable to most colleges).

If you live in the nearby area, you may bring the fee in person to the main office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3 p.m. on regular school days. Records will not be processed until the fee is received. Transcripts can take up to 10-14 days to be processed.
