HAP at SCA is an immersive one of a kind 3-week program targeted for girls entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades that focuses on area-specific content in English Language Arts and Mathematics while exposing students to test-taking strategies and the Test for Admission into Catholic High Schools (TACHS) testing format. Additionally, students will be introduced to the middle and high school environment, SCA STEM Lab and Robotics program, and a variety of extracurricular activities while building friendships that last a lifetime.

We are now offering students the option to take part in Team Sol training basketball program with Coach Ben Colon. Students will focus on dribbling, shooting, conditioning, and working with a shooting machine. 

Program Dates: July 10th - July 28th

Program Hours: 9:00 am -2:00 pm

Program Cost: $500.00 non-refundable (not including a $15 service fee for credit card registration)

We are also offering an optional Extended Day Program for all students who attend our Higher Achievement Program. If interested, you may sign up for one, two, or three weeks. 

Extended Day Program  Hours: 8:00 am - 9:00 am and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Total Cost for the HAP and 1 Week Extended Day Program: $550.00 (not including a $15 service fee for credit card registration)

Total Cost for the HAP and 2-Week Extended Day Program: $600.00 (not including a $15 service fee for credit card registration)

Total Cost for the HAP and 3-Week Extended Day Program: $650.00 (not including a $15 service fee for credit card registration)

*Students must be enrolled in HAP to participate in the extended day program.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY:

The student must be covered by the parent or guardian's medical insurance policy. Proof of medical insurance must be submitted at the time of registration.

WAIVER REGARDING MEDICAL EMERGENCY:

I hereby authorize the Director of St. Catharine Academy's Higher Achieving Program (HAP) to act for me according to his/her best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby release and discharge the school, program staff, The St. Catharine Academy HAP, and affiliated entities and their officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all liability or cause of action arising out of or in connection with student participation in the Program.

WAIVER REGARDING DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM:

I understand that any student who does not abide by the rules and regulations established by the Program is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse. No student will be allowed to leave the school grounds for any reason, other than a medical emergency, until the end of the day's activities.

WAIVER REGARDING PHOTOS:

I hereby authorize St. Catharine Academy to use any photos taken during the program for marketing purposes and understand I will receive no compensation for such use.
